Performed: sources show the concert took place. Announced: we have only found sources from before the date. Single source describes the number of independent reports.
Newest first. Dates are as precise as the sources allow.

About the archive
The archives, publications, photographers and readers who contributed are credited alongside each concert. Source references are evidence, not endorsements.

Dates and venues must be stated by the organiser, venue or ticket seller, or in two independent reports. Rows with a single press report are labelled Single source. Source confidence is separate from performance confirmation. Performed requires evidence that the concert took place. Future bookings are labelled Scheduled. Only upcoming bookings explicitly approved by the editors are public; other future rows remain private. A past date without occurrence evidence is labelled Announced, never automatically Performed. Rows without a source are not published. Each row shows its sources and the date we checked them.
Dates without a known day count as coming up only when the whole month or year is still ahead. Otherwise they appear in the record below, without asserting whether the show has taken place.
Afrobeats.no, “The Concert Archive – concerts in Norway by artists from Africa and the diaspora”, dataset, https://afrobeats.no/en/konsertarkivet, sources last checked 27.10.2026, accessed 29.10.2026.
The Register is now the Concert Archive; older links redirect. Irrelevant Mela sources were removed, archive references show the year, the pre-2002 festival name was corrected to Verden i Norden, and an uncertain Ya Levis entry was held back. There are now 572 public rows.
Sources for Tyla's 2025 Slottsfjell performance were clarified: an archived front page that does not name her was removed, and a dated performance photograph was added.
Upcoming dates for Tyla at Oslo Spektrum on 30 October 2026 and Tayc at Sentrum Scene on 11 November 2026 are now visible. They are labelled scheduled, separately from past concerts.
The register was expanded from 46 to 573 public rows (1991–2026). Every row is sourced; every past show was checked for whether it actually took place.
Scope clarified: the register covers artists who come to Norway from abroad. Norway-based artists were removed (including Matata, Dody Obams, Mabira and GiddyGang & Vuyo).
Removed cancelled shows: Ayra Starr at Bergenfest 2023 (replaced by Nissi) and NSG in Oslo 2025 (moved from Rockefeller to Blå, then cancelled).
Dates corrected from primary sources: Souad Massi (postponed to 26 April 2023), J Hus at Rockefeller (22 November 2017), Dave at Parkteatret (21 October 2019), Little Simz at Bergenfest (16 June 2018), Tinariwen at Folken (21 May 2015), Sauti Sol at Cosmopolite (5 October 2018).
Date precision lowered where the month was only inferred (Oslo Mela rows now show the year).
Burna Boy's first show in Norway was at Kadetten on 29 June 2022, not in 2023 as older notes said.
The register was created with 46 sourced rows.
